Foreperson / Chairperson

The chairman's most distinguished task on the FN's board is to have the overall overview and represent the FN externally. As chairman, you have, among other things, close contact with the chairmen of the other student associations, so that the students' interests are secured as best as possible.

Deputy Chairperson / Vice Chairperson

The primary task as vice-chairman in the board of the FN is to act as deputy for the chairman in case this person is unable to attend. In addition, one can be assigned other tasks, such as the responsibility of renting out the stereo. As well as vice-chairman, it is your job to write the minutes of the Board meetings and to upload it on the homepage. In addition, you can help the other Board members with different tasks if you have the time.

As Treasurer of the FN Board the primary task is overseeing the finances, incomes and expenses of the union. One must continuously monitor the incomes and expenditures of the union, in addition to ensuring a return on the union's equity. At the General Assembly the treasurer must present the financial statements for the preceding year and a budget for the coming year.
SUNDråds Representative / HEALTH council Representative

The HEALTH council Representative is representing the FN at the HEALTH council Board. Along with members of the other academic unions the general task is to improve the study and educational environment at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences.
It is through the academic unions, the Board of HEALTH council will be informed about the problems that members of the FN have. The HEALTH council Representative is also a member of the HEALTH council's executive committee which represents the students at the faculty level. It is through the executive committee that the management of Health and Medical Sciences is getting in contact with the academic associations and with the students, but at the same time it is also the student's way to the management of Health and Medical Sciences.
Another essential part of the HEALTH council Representative job is to be in contact with the Studenterrådet (The Student Council) and the Academic Council (The Academic Council) to create a broad and comprehensive overview of the student political debate.
Interest Group Contact / Interest Group Contact

As interest group contact you are the contact between the Board of Directors and the interest groups. The primary task is to receive applications for economic support, present it to the Board at meetings, and answer the applicants afterwards. Furthermore, in cooperation with the FNIS chairman you arrange the interest group run for new students, which typically falls on the fourth Friday after the summer holidays where the school year begins.

As the Freshmen Contact you have to make sure that the new students will get a good start at the University, by arranging a great freshmen's trip in the end of August. In partnership with the Freshmen Contact from The Union of Biology-Biotechnology Students you have the responsibility of choosing the tutors and keeping track of the overall budget of the fresher trip.
The Freshmen Contacts are the link between the tutors, the new students and the Institutes PLEN and IFRO .
SCIENCE Council Representative / SCIENCE Council Representative

The SCIENCE council Representative is representing the FN at SCIENCE council Board. Along with members of the other academic unions the general task is to improve the study and educational environment at The Faculty of Science.

The SCIENCE council Representative is also a member of the SCIENCE council's executive committee which represents the students at the faculty level. The main purpose of the Campus Committee is to improve the study environment on Frederiksberg Campus. We do this in close cooperation with the different academic unions eg the FN as well as the more social associations. The Campus committee have established a platform for communication among students by the Facebook page Frederiksberg Campus . We also try to have a close contact with Academic books and the Cafeteria. All suggestions and comments regarding the study environment are welcome, feel free to contact us!

UPF is Education Policy Forum, which consists of students sitting in teaching committees, study committees and department councils. They coordinate the FN's education policy efforts and meet once a year. block. The chairman of UPF is on the board and makes sure the work of UPF is taken on.

The most important task as coordinator for arrangements is to coordinate academic and social arrangements amongst the many different education programs represented by the FN. This is a way for the many students to meet other students and make friendships across different fields of study.

As PR-coordinator in FN your task is to communicate the FN related activities to the members of FN. The activities can be anything from Åbent Kontor, or being academic/social events. We reach out to the members at our Facebook page, the newsletter and the home page. We are also on other SoMe's like Instagram and LinkedIn.

As an ordinary member of the board of the FN your job is to help where it is needed and wherever you want to. During the year, you have the opportunity to help, plan and see through different educational and social events. As an ordinary member, you do not have a specific area of responsibility and therefore you are free to work with projects of your own interest. A good place to start your career as a Board member!
